Instructor: Jennifer Stratton Activity Description: Participants in this activity are instructed to create digital "Name Tags" by filling out a template with personal information, including name, pronouns, and program of study, while adding images and choosing a background color. The goal is to facilitate introductions and encourage peer interaction by allowing individuals to share their interests and aspirations through the provided prompts on the name tag template. They record a video of themselves, and share information per the instructions. During the first class, students are asked to see if they recognize their peers based on the previously viewed recordings. In the Chill Out activity, students review a Google slide deck and contribute by creating one slide that outlines three distinct leisure activities.
