If you share your calendar, your events have the same privacy settings as your calendar. If you want, you can change what others can see about certain events.
Change the privacy settings for an event
If your calendar isn't shared with anyone, you might not see these settings.
On your computer, open Google Calendar.
Open the event you want to update.
Click Default visibility and choose the privacy setting for the event.
Click Save.
Tips:
Changes to an existing event apply to your calendar but not to other guests' calendars when you update:
The privacy settings from "Private" to "Public."
The visibility settings from "Free" to "Busy."
To make the event's title confidential, the organizer should set the event to "Private."
If you think a confidential event was set to "Public," contact the organizer to update the event to "Private."
To change the privacy settings for an entire calendar, learn how to share or unshare your calendar.
