Logging into Jenzabar via Citrix

The following directions will walk you through accessing Jenzabar via Citrix (https://apps.baypath.edu/)
Instructions
From a web browser, navigate to https://apps.baypath.edu/.
On the Citrix Gateway page, enter your Bay Path email and password.

If you are prompted to authenticate with Duo, follow the prompts to log in.

From the dashboard, select the J12023_Temp folder. A new tab will open.

If you are prompted with the RemoteApp dialog box, click the check box next to Don’t ask me again for connections to this computer. Then, click Connect.

If you are prompted with the Windows Security dialog box, enter your Bay Path account password. Check the box next to Remember me and then click OK.

In the folder that opens, click on J12023 to open Jenzabar.

In the Jenzabar One window, enter your Jenzabar credentials. Then, click OK.

Jenzabar uses a different password from your Bay Path account. If you do not remember your Jenzabar password, please submit a ticket.
You are now logged into Jenzabar!
