How to reset your password
Bay Path University allows all active employees and learners who are registered in Duo the ability to reset their passwords.
If you are a fully remote employee who has a Bay Path managed laptop running Windows 10, this process will cause the password you use to log into your computer to become out of sync with the password you use to sign into Single Sign-On enabled services like Gmail, Office 365, Zoom. Please contact the IT Helpdesk so we can discuss your options.
Visit the Self Service Password Reset Portal
Enter your Bay Path UserID
Enter the CAPTCHA on the page. Click Next.
Select whether you’d like to confirm your identity by text message or phone call. Enter the phone number that is on file with the University. This is the same phone number that is used in Duo. Click Text or Call, depending on the option you selected.
Enter the verification code that was sent to you, or was spoken to you. Click Next.
Enter a new password, and confirm your new password. Click Finish.
Once you have completed the password reset process, you will be able to access Bay Path services.
