Your Zoom profile and basic meeting settings

Your Zoom profile

Your Personal Profile displays your name, picture, Personal Meeting ID, email address, and more. If you’re part of a shared account, some information—for example, your department or job title—is shared with other users. You can update and personalize your profile.

What you see in your account varies depending on your account type and role.

Some options in Zoom cannot be changed as they are synchronized via Single Sign-On. If you have any questions, please submit a request to the IT helpdesk

Basic meeting settings
