Resolving ScreenPal Issues in Canvas

If you are experiencing issues logging into ScreenPal in Canvas, follow the steps in this article.

  1. In a web browser, navigate to https://screenpal.com/content/videos.

  2. If prompted, enter your Bay Path username and password. If you are already authenticated, you will be logged in and will see the ScreenPal hosting interface.

  3. Return to Canvas, close any open ScreenPal interfaces, and then refresh your window (Press F5 or click the Refresh icon in your browser window).

  1. Click the ScreenPal icon in the text editor, and your account should now load properly.

  1. You can relaunch the recording by clicking the New Recording button.
