This article will walk an individual through enabling mobile twinning on a Bay Path phone extension so that calls will be redirected to a personal phone.
Twinning should be used in very rare cases and will only redirect calls to your personal phone. In most cases, Twinning isn’t sufficient for individuals who have entered a hybrid work agreement. If you’d like to make calls without exposing your personal cell phone number, there are better options available. Please submit a ticket to techsupport@baypath.edu and we will be more than happy to assist you.
