How to Record a Voicemail Greeting

  1. Dial *17 or call 413-565-1750

  2. Press 3 to administer personal greetings

  3. Press 1 to create a new greeting

  4. Enter a number to create a new greeting

  5. Record and press pound (#) when you are complete

  6. Select which types of calls you would like the greeting active for.
